legally brian is right because it was not published and it was a gift and it would of been expired.
but she did not think he was going to make it to a song, so he should of still told her or let her know what he was going to do with it. maybe they could of worked on some other songs together and they could of made even more songs.
Good job Freddy, brian should've let her know what he was going to do with the poem. Sarah should have copyrighted before she gave it to brian, nut she didn't know that he was going to do that.
