comparison

the old times were pretty good but with this flash on the computers its better i think although i haven't used it much am sure the flasher has more. technologies. the same thing about them is that there both animations and they give the illusion that there moving, how the characters in the movies are moving like the film now we can move animations of anything and move them how you want.

copyright- the legal right that is protected by a document.

fair use- determines how much of a copyright item can be used legally without permission.

first sale doctrine-the doctrine allows a purchase to transfer a lawfully made copy of the copyright work without permission once it has been obtained. a copyright holders right to control the change of ownership of a particular work end once that copy is sold as long as no additional copies are made.

intellectual property-intangible property that is a product of the imagination i.e. copyrights trademarks and patents.

patent- a monopoly granted by the U.S. patent office for a limited time to the creator of a new invention.

permission-consent to use a work usually by reprinting or reproducing it in some other work.

phono records-digital phono records are a relatively new technology that allows musical works to be played recorded and stored in digital format for use on computers or other devices.

plagiarism- to steal and pass off the ideas or words of another as ones own or to use (another's production) without crediting the source.

public domain- works for which copyright protection has expired  and works created by officers or employees of the U.S. government as part of their government jobs.

trademark-a word or symbol used to identify a product or service in the marketplace.

rich poem

legally brian is right because it was not published and it was a gift and it would of been expired.
but she did not think he was going to make it to a song, so he should of still told her or let her know what he was going to do with it. maybe they could of worked on some other songs together  and they could of made even more songs.
